Yes, you can eat LAVENDER!

Lavender is part of the mint family, so it pairs well with both sweet and savory dishes. We use all our varieties to create our handmade lavender culinary products from seasonings to syrups, teas to other tasty and delicious ways to enhance your recipes.

This is our most popular group tour for guests of 15 or more!

We are taking reservations for groups of 15 or more for Spring and Summer 2023 and we’ll offer four dates in 2023 for individuals to attend a lunch (no group needed).

Individual Lunch Tour Dates for June 2023 will be announced in December 2022 and ticket sales will go fast! 

$40 per person Lunch is served buffet style inside our beautiful historic Barn and all dishes are prepared by Mrs. Lavender aka Karen Macdonald. The menu is set and seasonal and we cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions of food allergies.

Lavender Creamy Pasta Salad

Roasted Breast of Chicken

Our Herbes de Carolina Seasoned Chicken drizzled with our lavender honey, fresh lemon juice, and served in salad topping size pieces 

Croissants with Whipped Lavender Lemon Cream Cheese Spread

This group tour is both entertaining and educational, and perfect for any type of group of 10 or more from Garden Clubs, Senior Groups, Tennis Teams, Corporate Luncheons, or any Group ready for a unique and exciting experience! Our tour includes a private tour of our lavender fields, a fun and entertaining 30 minute presentation on growing lavender in NC, restoring our timber frame barns, and building our 60 acre family farm. Next, we serve a culinary lavender buffet lunch, and our Lavender Oaks Farm Shoppe is open with all our handmade lavender products for sale! Everyone leaves with a lavender sachet to remember their visit.
